Legacy Collection (2024) not unlocking - Microsoft Store App
Greetings,
Today i redeemed a code for the "Destiny 2 Legacy-Collection (2024). Afterwards i went to check if everything got unlocked as it should be.
To my surprise, neither the "Beyond Light Pack", nor the "Shadowkeep Pack" or the "Forsaken Pack" have been unlocked. The Dungeonskeys have been, though.
I chatted with the Microsoft-Support, but they told me: "We cant find the Legacy-Collection (2024), please try to contact Bungie directly".
I searched for something similar, but couldn't find anything. Maybe someone can help me out here 🥲

https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content The 2024 version of the Legacy Collection should have been replaced with the 2025 version. Regardless of whether or not the above works you need to work with Microsoft support to resolve the issue.
