I have reached the step of the quest to become weaponized, but I am unable to complete it. I think I am missing some sort of an upgrade from an earlier mission. I had to redo a mission before where I needed to upgrade the relocator in order to progress to the next step and I think I missed something else to be able to complete this new step. What do I need to do?
