Exotic class item should always be featured.
It is the only exotic dedicated to prismatic subclass. Rendering it useless due to restriction modifiers...

But the issue is see is that with it being 2 exotics... 1 featured 1 non... is the issue. Edit - actually it prolly has more to do with them already limiting exotics, and the class item trumps that, so they would have to somehow disable all class items that didn't have a featured exotic gear piece... I dono... sounds like a headache
