My situation is very basic, but terribly inconveniencing. After getting 7 wins on a lighthouse card on my hunter, before going to the lighthouse I swapped characters to finish getting my light up to 400 to receive tier 5 rewards from the chest. After grinding to 400 on my titan, I entered the lighthouse on my titan without acquiring my passage, assuming I'd gotten it since it allowed me to go to the lighthouse. Upon opening the chest, nothing came out and I received no rewards. And after leaving, the lighthouse simulation was no longer accessible. After checking my passage upon switching back to hunter, it was made apparent that the game thought I hadn't gone to the lighthouse yet, as I had no glow in my armour yet I also couldn't reset my passage. Now, I cannot go to the lighthouse to receive my glow and loot, and I cannot reset nor buy another passage, and I do not have the loot drop boost on subsequent games.
