Exotic Collections
I've been having an issue with "unlocking" an exotic from collections since rahool wants me to do that so i can claim them with an exotic engram, nothing is working and I'm trying to unlock an exotic pre EOF. Is there a bug that's not letting me do this? I don't understand.
