I understand your frustration and I don't necessarily disagree, but the fact of the matter is tne game is now designed to be a lot more player orientated... so no one is cutting corners and handed tbe good -blam!- (not saying that's what you're doing, btw). Simply put... if you put more effort in, you'll get better rewards. Real life companion: Person A works for a company for 30 years and gets paid a decent wage. Person B is new to the company, fills the same role but gets less... make sense? Absolutely, but like I said... in terms of a game, I don't disagree with you.
