Bungie still wrongfully bans people.
I've been waiting over 3 months for anyone of the mysterious or non-existent support staff to review my ban appeal.
I was wrongfully banned.
No warning, just a straight up ban. No explanation as to why.
Tickets have been made, and I keep getting the same copy-paste response.
Please fill in this form, read this info.
The form doesn't work as they read nothing that's submitted.
The info link they post is also out of date.
I need to speak to an actual support member to get to the bottom of this ban.
I don't cheat. I also do software programming work on my PC other than just playing this game.
Hell, I rarely play PvP as I don't have time for that toxic player base.
Reasons for ban, had a vpn installed and forgot to turn it off after work, used the Steam overlay, used the Discord overlay. All of this according to them can lead to a ban. Wow.

Hey there, the forum cannot assist with ban appeals. If you've made one appeal, that's all you can do - repeat ones just get ignored. Bungie do not close the appeals off, I believe it's to catch repeat appeals. Bungie will only respond to the appeal if they intend to overturn the ban, or require further information. If nothing happens after around 4-6 weeks then it can be assumed that the ban has been upheld. As mentioned on the form, information about the ban will not be provided.
