Seriously... WTF?
Okay, I'm power 350 and my friend is just a few levels behind me. We are both grinding caldera solo's and other activities that have the solstice rewards. He has received a few tier 5 drops and they're all shiny. I have gotten absolutely no tier 5's or shinies. What gives? Is my RNG really that bad or am I missing something else?
