While i know this has been an issue in the past for some clans, especially smaller ones made up of close friends, i think its time for the weekly personal XP cap of 5000 to either be increased significantly or removed entirely. I never really thought about it before as sure we played a lot and some of those clan perks were pretty helpful, but with the recent overhaul to the leveling system and especially the push to hit 450 once you get to 400, it would be a huge improvement if they removed the personal XP cap. I can understand the -blam!- weekly cap for the clan as a whole but at this point smaller clans who are trying to get that rank 4 perk for the increase in prime engrams is almost unattainable in the near future. If the few that have stuck around to play this expansion are enjoying it, even though the leveling process is pretty bad and from the TWID today it looks like there will be adjustments, let us grind that weekly clan XP out as much as we can. Larger clans are pretty much there after a few weeks and the answer to the problem shouldn't be to join a larger clan or mass invite people just to get this perk unlocked. I think most of our clan members that stuck around are enjoying alot of the changes to the gear and stats while acknowledging the short comings, we still enjoy the grind and chase. Just let the smaller clans get the same advantage as the larger ones when it comes to grinding that XP.
