I Actually Hate The Loot System
Why should I get worse rewards than my fireteam when we complete the same mission?
Is it because they grinder Cadera 20 hours, so now they deserve it?

I understand your frustration and I don't necessarily disagree, but the fact of the matter is tne game is now designed to be a lot more player orientated... so no one is cutting corners and handed tbe good -blam!- (not saying that's what you're doing, btw). Simply put... if you put more effort in, you'll get better rewards. Real life companion: Person A works for a company for 30 years and gets paid a decent wage. Person B is new to the company, fills the same role but gets less... make sense? Absolutely, but like I said... in terms of a game, I don't disagree with you.

Historically, you would need to play more to access the same activities as the people that are getting better rewards than you, but fireteam power removed that. Also, you still get improved gear relative to your character.
