I've heard from friends and all over online that solstice rewards should be dropping well above my light level but all of the drops I've gotten are either at or below my light level. I'm at 315 light guardian rank 7 and my latest pinnacle drop was 318 while the accompanying solstice drop during the master solo op was only 315 even though it was tier 4. Crafting the armor from Eva gave a large light boost as expected but I'm unsure why all of the other drops aren't matching that.
