Out of Bounds death loop in Solo Ops - Creation
When playing through Solo Ops - Creation, I came across this issue where I was being respawned out of bounds constantly. There was no way for me to finish the activity, and I had to return to orbit.
It seems going to the fake door on the left rather than out the real door to the right causes the issue, but I just had this issue occur and have yet to try reproducing it.
