Solstice quest not progressing from step 1
I have been trying to complete the celebrating Solstice quest for going on 4 hours now. I have ran solo, fireteam, pinnacle and everything. With Solstice mod's on and it will not let me progress from step one. I have done the tracked quest 13 times or so and ran a bunch of others as well and NOTHING.
I just spent 30 dollars on silver for the Eververse armor set and a few other things that I wanted and or was excited for this event again this year, and can't even get past step one of a quest. I was in with friends and they got the step done while in a fireteam with me but I however did not. I work long hours and have limited time to get everything done with the event and this is a pretty big deal and pretty big issue to me because I want the quest done and I want my glows and armor and etc. Everything else seems to be working for me BUT THAT quest step. Please fix it.
