Eye of the Storm perk not showing enhanced UI on Solstice weapon
I have only seen this happen on tier 4/tier 5 Fortunate Star drops (combat bow) but all perks will show enhanced except the 'Eye of the Storm' perk (see attached). When hovering over the perk, it does not show the enhanced benefit but I am not sure if this is another visual bug or the perk is not actually being enhanced (see attached).
