Need help with the account issue
Hello, I need help. I got banned in early January, even though I've never used cheats. There's no information about why I was banned, and I've submitted an appeal, but it's still open and hasn't been processed. Request #365735.
I've been playing since 2016, I've purchased all the expansions, and I've always supported the game. It's frustrating that I haven't been able to play for almost a year, and I don't know why. Can you tell me where I can go to resolve this issue and potentially get my ban lifted?

8 RepliesHey there, as mentioned on the appeal page, there's no guarantee of a response - Bungie will typically only reply if they intend to overturn the ban or require further information. Additionally, I believe they are leaving reviewed tickets open as a way to catch repeat appeals. In short, you will not see or hear anything from them when the ticket is processed, unless it's the above two cases. Bungie's own advice is that if the appeal is not responded to within 4-6 weeks, then it should be assumed that the ban has been upheld. That seems to be the case in your situation. The forum is unable to assist with a ban appeal, other than providing the above clarification. You've done everything you can.
