What Are The Rewards For SKILL?
Why are "good" rewards locked behind Power?
Why does it take so long to hit high Power?
Where is the reward for being SKILLED?
There is no reward for SKILL - players are only rewarded for their TIME, and most of us don't have the hours to spar to level up.
I get WORSE rewards even when I play BETTER than my team.
Stop basing reward tiers on POWER and start basing them on PERFORMANCE

This system rewards engagement over skill, if you see someone with max level gear, you don't think "That guardian beat something difficult", you just think "That guardian has alot of time on thier hands"
