Can't infuse same item for Glimmer!?!
I've been playing since D1. On D2, I've logged in 7442 hours, I love this game. I am permanently disabled and have accepted the bad with the good, but its almost to a point where it feels like your punishing the players. We are already having to grind insane amounts for top tier loot, infusing costs WAY TOO MUCH, we get far too little currency for dismantling high tier stuff and now this? We now must pay more currency to infuse EXOTIC ARMOR with another of the same piece? I'm already peeved, as I played for many hours in Trials, over 50 matches, won over half, I did well stat wise in most matches and never once did I get a hand cannon. I get RnG, but with everything else, I am also SERIOUSLY considering giving up this game. I'm sorry for the novel, I get its lengthy, but I FEEL so unappreciated as a player, and the moral and general feelings of most I play with, are very much the same. Your losing us, and many are already lost. Stop punishing the players, let us have fun again and not make this feel like a full time job, with a boss that hates you and keeps telling you that you have to work overtime, every single day.

1 ReplyInfusing only cost that high because you’re trying to infuse a 340+ into a 10. Best thing to do is pull out an exotic from your collections which comes at 200. Then infuse the 200 into the 10 then once the 10 becomes 200 then you infuse the 340+ into it. It’ll be far cheaper to do it that way. Also you 100% get quite a bit of unstable cores. At the level you are now you get like 500-600 cores every time you dismantle something. Maybe stop trying to infuse high level gear into gear that’s at 10 power.

Is the piece you are infusing into an OLD armor piece, or a new one released in EOF? I havent really checked my exotic armor infusion, as I have only been using 2 pieces so far. But you should definitely be saving your cores as much as you can, since infusion only becomes more expensive as your power deltas increase between the gear you are infusing.
