I purchased Telesto from the kiosk and now its missing from the game completely. My weapon is removed from my inventory and it doesn't show in collections. I tried on my brother's Xbox and he can't see it in collections or in the kiosk either. I created a ticket but they told me, "Unfortunately, our contact form and agents are not set up to investigate this issue."
