unable to complete any activity before error code WEASEL kicks me back to the title screen

since today's update I'm consistently getting 'contacting to Destiny servers' every 4 or 5 mins, then I'm kicked all the way to the title screen. I was 2 seconds away of completing a Caldera run when I was kicked out. I can't even stay in orbit for more than 5 mins.
