I have found the same issue it not counting for the daily challenges either, the complete activities in the crucible ops solstice scorched playlist, i have done 2 matches both was the control version, no progress, i made sure i selected from the event thing itself hope this helps anyone with the celebrating solstice step 1 of 6 i completed a solo ops i checked the modifiers to make sure there was solstice modifiers, i did solo caldera, that progressed my quest on titan, i then went to hunter to do the pvp scorched, i planned to do 1 match on hunter and warlock and the last for the day on titan, with that work around doing a solo i found worked, i think fireteam ops works to i will try to run one and see, post update here, with the pvp not counting means will miss out on daily challenge rips possibly more if it shows again and still not giving credit for it
