Nerf pulse rifles in PvP, they outgun everything at all ranges.
And buff third iteration fire rate in PvP, it gets out gunned by everything at all ranges.
But pulse rifles are ruining PvP, especially outbreak perfected, redrix estoc and stars in shadow. At every range pulse rifles are killing in 2-3 bursts while every other weapon class cannot do the same.
Only at very close range phoneutria fera can achieve a faster kill, and the usual 1 shot shotguns which are once again making a resurgence.

I have noticed pulse rifles are just the dominant weapon in crucible. They have little to no cons when compared to other weapons. And if course, everyone who is trash with HCs or Autos is just resorting to pulses. They have essentially 0 flinch while having better damage output at long ranges. They should increase the recoil in pulses or the flinch gained.
