Solstice quest just gone
I was having an issue with the quest refusing to complete which seems to be a known bug. I attempted to abandon the quest and grab it again as my friend managed to complete it but now the quest is completely gone. Not at Eva, Ikora or the quest kiosk next to the postmaster. Am i locked out of the quest completely?

If you believe this is an issue, would you be able to provide a video of this issue occurring? Uploading to a public video hosting site like YouTube works best. Thanks!

Few friends of my have had this issue where quest is gone can't even get quest back

Yeah I feel you on this..... First I had the quest and no matter what I did, after about 22 or 23 runs of different activities I got NO progress on step 1 of the quest, then I decided to try Crucible and still nothing, Other things are progressing like the little title quests and modifier quests, etc. but the celebrating solstice one wasn't. I decided to try and fix it by doing the same thing you did and abandoning it then getting it again to see if that would work and well now..... It's gone..... My glows weren't working either, nor was any activity giving me a solstice engram option as a reward after the first run of the first solstice quest. I'm extremely annoyed and kinda PO'd
