Hello Bungie, I discovered a bug when attempting the Arms Week title related to the Hardware completions. I encountered an issue with progress toward Hardware match completions objectives. I played a bunch of matches and earned no progress. I got frustrated for a couple of days, then started testing. Over the course of 5 sessions, I got credit for each first match. A win granted 14% with no credit for further matches, a loss granted 7%, with further credit of 7% for a win in second match but 0% credit for a loss in second match. Further matches (won or lost) granted no progress. I did get Crucible rank points for each match played, and managed lower-middle results with consistent participation. Is this expected behaviour? I'm pretty sure it's happened in the past, but this is the first time I was able to document it. I didn't earn the Arms week title due to not recognizing my lack of progress in a timely manner, and by the time I sorted out what was happening, it was well past sleep time (to actually make it to work today). :(
