Power Disparity at 300+ Makes Playing With Lower Level Players Awful

I'm a pretty positive person and generally happy to be playing this game, but there's one major issue in the new power/activity system that I haven't seen people talk enough about considering the amount of issues around everything else too. I'm the power leader in my friend group, and ever since hitting +300 it became a bit of a struggle playing with friends. In order to obtain rewards, I'd have to play at -30 at times and that meant leaving my teammates at -35 but getting the same level rewards. This was fine for the most part—annoying, but manageable. Considering Reward Rank upgrading every 20 power, the first 10 power was difficult and took a while but the second 10 power from ex. 310 to 320 was reasonable with the addition of teammates just having to deal with champions. Fine, not an issue. Annoying and something I hoped to be fixed, but not enough to write in and complain about. Yesterday I hit 400 power. Big milestone, super excited, and very happy to start running content to drop my first T5 gear. Issue: I have to be -40 in Grandmaster content, and that means -45 for the team who will be getting tier 2s or 3s for no reason other than playing with me. Same problem as before, but now I can't raise my power from 400 without interacting with the Prime Engram cap which is slowed down because, as mentioned before, I'm the power leader in my group and we haven't had enough people to run the 340 Master Conquest and raise our guardian ranks to increase the drop chances of Prime Engrams. But somehow even THIS wasn't enough to stop me. I was just gonna chill at 400 power and help my friends get here too. For me, one of the greatest joys was bringing friends up to power as they slowly got their footing. And that was the real issue that made me finally write this. In order to get A ranks for my friends, they can't play Expert or even Master with me. Because my power brings them to 395 and power delta is part of the equation for score, they have to play at about -10 delta in order to hit the score threshold. This means playing at 410 which is only achievable in Grandmaster level content, and even if the enemies aren't as hard it still means interacting with the GM res system and wiping to orbit if we ever go down. I can only see this as an oversight—I'm currently making a build at intentionally lower power to play at 350 and allow my friends to attain rewards while playing with me because having me in the fireteam is actively hindering their ability to play the game as they would. My new player friends would be better off playing as a two stack in Expert level content to get rewards then be brought up to GMs in a three stack where even if the power delta doesn't change they deal with more champions and more rules on their revives. I had a lot of optimism for the game and future of this new system, but something has to change in order to make power disparity not effect the rewards of these players who are trying to get into the game. As a player I started my days coming home from high school and being the sherpa for random people online doing Leviathan for the first time ever, and now as I've graduated college and want to keep helping people through the game I love there's now this huge barrier of progress in which I can't play alongside my friends to help them grind power because it makes the experience harder. I'm not even asking for me to be able to earn my own max rewards while playing with lower power players—just make it so power delta isn't part of the reward rank scaling so my friends can join and I can let them play what they need without my presence reducing their score.
