Bungie, why won't you answer your community?
The forums have been lit with criticism of all kinds. I don't need to go over them all here as its literally littering the forums. Every single aspect of the game has significant pushback from the players. Has been for several weeks and yet.. you remain mostly silent on all issues in every twid.
Responding with anything would be better than nothing. Players are fleeing the game in droves. People are playing far less. The game is in trouble and you continue to pretend like there is nothing wrong. You either don't care, or you have little respect for those paying for your product.. maybe a bit of both, its very hard to tell.

Bungie doesn’t care about the community. They have never cared. We have thrown money at the screen no matter what Bungie has done to the game. This will turn out like every other time. Bungie drastically changes the game, then they give a little back. This is all done on purpose. It’s the same old routine that they have followed since D1. They don’t even have to worry about designing quality content anymore, much less attempting to exceed any expectation. We purchase it anyway. Expecting anything different is like expecting an abuser to change. Especially when the abused continues to put up with and support the abuser.

We need to keep getting on these forums and pressing our dissatisfaction each and every day. Don't let those Bungie nobbers down play what is honestly [i]the[/i] [b]worst [/b]decision so far when it comes to the direction of this game.

8 RepliesBlame the streamers . They are the ones that bought the dlc , played portal stuff over and over untill they are 8000 power level . And they influence thousands if not millions to do the same . Everytime a streamer plays a new dlc in destiny 2 they ask their chat constantly what to do and what to use and their chat instantly answers because it is filled with people that instantly buy the new dlc aswell and play nothing else beside that . Have you seen any of these streamers complain about the dlc that they have been playing 24/7 ? No , because they are promoting it to get paid . They are not playing it to have fun . They actually think they are doing a job by playing games and getting paid for it , meanwhile they are the reason why destiny 2 will remain how it is right now because they simply continue playing it and posting videos about it when it is at the worst state it has ever been in . And they were complaining that the game was boring by playing the same activities over and over but playing portal stuff with limited strikes wich are mostly battlegrounds , not a single raid or dungeon over and over is not boring ???? How does that make sense ?

22 RepliesIt's a salty issue but the reality is that it's because of the YOUTUBERS AND INFLUENCERS. Bungie doesn't listen to "the community"...they listen to YouTubers. Bungie THINKS they represent "the community "so they invite them to inside forums to provide feedback...THEY DON'T!!! For YouTubers it's a JOB...of course they will say and do anything... It's their livelihood. I would too. Bungie should hold live chats with actual gamers to get feedback. Not Datto and the like just because they got a bunch of followers.

That's why they barely ever speak on this forum, if you have no following, no channel or no marketability, you are nothing to them. Bungo has their nose firmly stuffed onto the back end of most content creators sniffing the farts and praises. Content creators who do nothing other than play a sinking ship of a game that they helped sink. Community managers (especially a certain community manager who can't take a joke about a dwindling playerbase) also don't help since they clearly only want to be carried through activities like trials. The truth is: bungo will never, and hopefully should never, regain the casual communities trust.

We thought EOF would tank the numbers. It hasn’t. D2 is still peaking above 70K concurrent players after the U.S. East and West Coast start their evening sessions. Now, how many are currently Free 2 Play is another matter.

Because the forums are filled with mouth breathers who can't even tell what they dislike about the game without telling a couple devs to off themselves in the same paragraphs. I was here during D1 when Deej was here, dude, same -blam!-, same clowns. Telling the man to "Fix his game" Wow...stellar feedback Unfortunately 20 mouth breathers had the same idea next to some decently worded feedback

Little wonder after players pulled that sh*t that no one else wants to be the one who has to talk to a community of mentally unstable man-childs.
