So yes, the general flow is that you 1) purchase an Armor Synthesis Bounty from Ada 2) complete the task described within 3) claim the Bounty within your Quest tab to be awarded a a stack of 100 Synthcord 4) interact with the Loom behind Ada to exchange the 100 Synthcord for 1 Synthweave material If you’re running into a snag somewhere, there are some things you’ll want to check: • Check your Consumables Inventory to make sure you have room to receive the Synthcord you get for completing the Bounty; if you do not, [b]make room[/b] (by either stashing something in your Vault or deleting it) then take a look at your Postmaster to make sure the Synthcord haven’t wound up there. • Go into your Appearance Customization menu and check the top of the screen; you can only hold a maximum of 15 completed Synthweave material for each Class at any given time ([b]Templates[/b] which work for any Class have no maximum carry limit). If you are currently maxed out for a given Class, you will have to use at least one Synthweave to unlock Armor for Transmog before you can use the Loom. • When attempting to deposit Synthcord at the Loom, make sure you are currently logged in as the correct Class; both the Synthcord earned from completing Bounties and the Synthweave material obtained from the Loom are [b]Class-Specific[/b] and you will not be able to deposit Synthcord while playing as an incompatible Class.
