Allow us to upgrade tier 1 weapons to tier 3 with enhanced perks like before please.
I've had a few god rolls but because I can't enhance the perks I've got no interest in them so I've scrapped every weapon so far. At least if I could enhance the perks It would bring abit of the excitement back.
