I thought I knew how this system worked but today this situation had me confused. I’m 270 and my two lower power friends joined up, Friend one is around 100 and friend two is around 225. But I knew it would boost both of them to 265. Loaded up an expert and threw on my usual modifiers to hit that A score tier. To my surprise Friend 2 was only getting a projected C rank but friend 1 was getting the projected A score. Friend 1 doesn’t have the paid battle pass and was using 4 pieces of new gear. Friend 2 was using 5 pieces of new gear and has the +15% from the rewards pass fully unlocked. wtf…
