Dark Academia mission bugged.
It’s a side quest from Ikora and I collect the ball and it says scan remains and shrine investigated but it won’t prompt the scan or anything else when back to the dean and there’s not dialogue I can’t finish the quest?

For the time being, as EckyThump hinted at, we've received reports that you can continue once you've completed the Outer Steppes Strangelet quest.

Hey there, unfortunately that sidequest softlocks if you aren't past a certain spot in the main campaign. I forgot the exact step, but it might be better to save that one until afterwards.
