Outbreak Perfected needs a nerf in PvP.
Far too much range and stability. Why is it hitting SCOUT RIFLE range? Why is it performing better than a HIGH-IMPACT frame?

The only reason people are running outbreak is because it’s a feature weapon. Is outbreak good, yes but is it op no definitely not.
