Getting tier 1 loot from the raid is extremely underwhelming and feels like a waste of time. Why should I do an activity that takes hours when I can get the same tier loot from a random dreg on patrol? I get better loot from a 4 minute solo op run. I know you can use feats to up your tier score but why should I make the raid harder and pray I get a group? Why should some of the best content in the game give the worst gear until I run it 5 different times AND purposely make it harder without getting better gear 3 times?
