In Hive version of K1 Logistics Solo Op the first objective has 4 targets of interest. Every target grants 1250 points, so 5k in total. However, sometimes (practically, hardly ever) the very last target fails to give these 1250 points, so the player gets only 3750 for the first objective. Being 1250 points short makes impossible to reach A score unless there is Vanguard Wanted which as rare as this issue. This happened a couple of times to me, like 4 or 5.
