I'd be okay with Bungie turning it down by half. I'm not sure the modifier is beyond repair, but in its current state, yeah, it's frustrating. Some floatiness could be interesting; I don't think it's a modifier [b]wholly[/b] without merit or interesting implications, it's just very poorly balanced right at the moment. Bungie: Turn the modifier down by half, see if the complaints don't go away. If the complaints don't go away, then we know it's not just a tuning problem but an idea problem.
