Crashing on PC still persist after 3 weeks, please no more copy-pasted reply Bungie!

Can we please get a real technical or developer response to these PC crashing issues that people have been experiencing for the past three weeks, instead of the same copy-pasted message over and over again? I don’t care how many people on the console side are having the same issues but most of us on PC are also paid customers and deserve to be prioritized equally. This has been an extremely frustrating issue for the past three weeks now, and none of you have yet to publicly addressed it either in here with alot of others complaining asking for help, or on Twitter, or on any other social media platform. I never agreed to fund your DOA Marathon game forced pay extra money for a halfass product and yet, I’ve still been patient enough to give this game a second chance for not issuing a refund, even though this game been barely playable for the past three weeks. I can’t play the new campaign because Keplar is having serious optimization problem and constantly crashes. I can’t run Pinnacle playlists because of crashing. I can’t do the new raid, or any raid, dungeon, or activity with friend or clanmate or involving more than one player (including Fireteam playlists, Pinnacle activities, Crucible matches through the Portal) because the game will just randomly crashes after 10 minutes in a match. Apologies for the harsh tone, but my patience is start to wearing off. This is my third post whining about this game crashing issues. We seriously need more transparency and legit give me a reason to keep waiting for a fix, I might just be done with this game for good.

You pay for the license to the game, what the company decides to do with those funds are their business, we dont get a say in that. If you are having issues, you need to report the issue correctly. Looking at your posts you are lacking a LOT of info [spoiler]PLATFORM: Steam / Microsoft Store / Epic Game Store SYSTEM INFO: CPU: GPU: RAM: GPU Driver Version: OS Version: ISP Provider/Speed (upload/download) / Connection Type (LAN or wireless): DxDiag (instructions below): Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. Click on “Save all information”. Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com) to paste the information. Please don't use Google Drive. Create a link and post it in your Help Forum post ISSUE: A brief description of the issue/bug.
