Lost access to old account
Hey, I'm putting this out there so hopefully someone at bungie sees this, but I lost access to my old account on Xbox quite a while ago and had to make a new one, so I was wondering if they would be able to help me unlink the old account so I can link the new one, I know I'm probably asking the impossible, but I really want to play D2 again on Xbox and not have to re buy everything, and re-grind everything ;( any help would be greatly appreciated<3

1 ReplyHey there, unfortunately as of March 2025 it is no longer possible to unlink accounts, before this it was never possible to unlink an account you didn't have access to. Bungie will not forcibly unlink accounts nor are they making exceptions to the above policies. You'd have to work with Microsoft support to regain access to the old account.
