So, I fulfilled the requirements for the triumph 'Legend forged' on my warlock char; however, the exotic 'Eunoia' was not granted to me when I requested the corresponding triumph. This is the second time this has happened on my account, as I completed the steps for the catalyst of the 'Icebreaker', requested the triumph and did not receive it. It's disheartening to put in so much effort for nothing in the end. I would like an urgent solution for both situations. Olá, está mensagem é direcionada ao suporte do jogo. Eu cumpri os requisitos do triunfo "Lenda criada" em meu personagem arcano, entretanto a luva exótica "Eunoia" não me foi concedida ao requisitar o respectivo triunfo. Já é a segunda vez que acontece isto em minha conta, pois cumpri os passos para o catalisador da "Quebra-gelo", requisitei o triunfo e não recebi o mesmo. É desanimador tanto esforço para nada no final das contas. Gostaria de uma solução urgente para as duas situações.
