The loot system and Trials is a terrible mix
Spend a few hours getting to the Lighthouse because low player pop means matchmaking is extra difficult
Open the chest on admittedly a terrible card but pull 4 tier 1 drops out of it, feels like I wasted my time
Play another game to see what happens on the 7 win card and I get 3 tier 3 drops right away???
I go on twitter and see people at 400+ power getting multiple tier 5's on a loss???
what is even the point of anything anymore

3 RepliesThis whole new loot system is trash. Played a lot of comp games around 30 now and have had 1 HC even though I'm placing 1st or 2nd every game in score I'm not getting a single HC. Basing everything off of power level and rank is insane. They are certainly trying to kill off their own playerbase doing this. Soon as Borderlands drops I'm out and will take the loss on money for this one. This is insanely horrific for anyone of a normal life trying to have fun.

3 RepliesThat makes absolutely no sense. I’m gonna try myself and hopefully get some tier 3 drops then. Thank you for going through the tribulation and reporting back. I enjoy PvP, and am getting better at trials, but now I won’t be as disappointed once I get to the chest.

Same, except I did get some T3 and T4 drop on my grind to the light house. But the actual light house chest drop 1 T2 cloak, at power, 1 ascendant shard, 1 prism, and 1 adept mod (despite adepts no longer being a thing) I believe Tier drops may be tied to guardian rank or triumphs connected to completing conquest.

4 RepliesI’m 410 light and the lighthouse gave me a tier 3. Even an end of match rewards during gave me a tier 5, somethings janky

So I play trials very rarely in between actually get to the lighthouse and I'm surprised because up until this season I've always got at least a plus one maybe a plus two literally every single match including going to the lighthouse everything that dropped for me was my level or below... Now I usually don't side with hardcore pvps but this is some legitimate BS..
