Bungie is contradicting themselves
Bungie: we acknowledge that Warlocks feel left behind in the current sandbox, and will do something about it in a few months.
Also Bungie: Nerf Speaker's Sight, one of their only viable support-role options, because we don't want it to outshine any of the garbage ones. Also, we nerfed Touch of Flame Solar and Fusion Grenade damage because we felt like it. Oops, 11 of their good Exotics are kinda broken. We'll fix that eventually.

This is exactly how I felt reading the TWAB, so ridiculous and counterintuitive to their points. Hopefully the buffs and reworks they have planned will help this. I just recommend giving in and making feedback posts for how to fix and rework the exotics they mentioned and other exotics as well, hopefully we can get through to them lol.
