Why is Bungie tech support NOT RESPONDING to the appeals?

I made one appeal, waited a month - there was no response, after 3 months I made it again with the indication that help with the decision, 4 MONTHS have passed! There has been no response to the first appeal. There wasn't even a closing of the ticket. Is there any way to speed this up or tell me what I'm doing wrong? Previously, as I remember, tech support really helped with this, but now it's just silence? I'm not counting on the mercy of support, but at least I'd like to get some kind of response.

When submitting ban appeals, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your ban will be upheld, which appears to be the case for you. Additionally, the forums cannot assist with ban appeals. As you've already submitted a request, you've done all you can, and as more than several weeks have passed with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.
