Went flawless. Where’s my adept weapon/tier 4-5?
This is terrible change it back wtf I’m sweating in trials to get absolutely nothing?????

You get nothing but the pride in knowing you can still make it even when 70% of some 600 fireteams have a cheater in their ranks.

Did people really think PvP would be excluding from the power and GR system? Yeah you still need to grind to the appropriate level cap per tier. Your gear mainly drops from normal matches.

3 RepliesBasically you need 400 light to get tier 4/5 from trials, I'm getting tier 4 from matches pretty much every single time, from lighthouse I got 3 tier 5 armor pieces and a tier 5 hand cannon

Depends on your light level and guardian rank as everything seems to this expansion….. I got 4 tier 4s I think but I’m also 340 and was rank 7 at the time.

Edited by ben: 8/2/2025 4:29:21 PMLol this is the thing that sucks about the tier system the most Tiers of your rewards are not proportionate to the difficulty of the actvitiy. They are based on your level. When you are around 200, you simply do not get anything above tier 3, even from the hardest activities like the raid with feats and the lighthouse chest (aside from some one offs like the featured mythic mission). But once you increase in light level, you start getting all of your rewards at the associated tier, even from rudimentary, easy activities; when you are 450, you get 4 or 5 pieces of tier 5 gear from something as simple as a quickplay crucible game. It makes absolutely no sense.

1 Replywhat, not rewarding? Difficult level aside, and the fact I suck at PVP so I will never again play it. Did you really think that they nerfed rewards in every other aspect of this game and trials would be unaffected?

I think it would be very amusing if Bungie took notes on who complains and exploits the game then weights rewards accordingly.

Played 35 games on a flawless card. No engrams. No focusing. No tier 5(power gated like everything else) Got 1 drop of the sidearm that I wanted. Pain. There’s legitimately no reason to go flawless with the current setup

Edited by Ehhhric13: 8/2/2025 12:10:43 AMTrials adepts have been removed after EoF and since our light /power level is locked at 200 the best tier we can get is tier 3 for both armor and trials weapons. Tier 5 trials weapons or armor can drop after wins or losses but its purely RNG.
