All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Steam account that is currently linked to your Bungie profile will remain so, and cannot be swapped out for your other account. Regarding the Cross Save cooldowns, these are mandatory and cannot be expedited or removed, with no exceptions. You will need to wait out the cooldown in order to re-enable Cross Save anew. In the meantime, your characters are still available to you, but only on their original platforms.
