It's a low effort, horrible, fun ruining modifier, and should be completely removed from the game. If anyone disagrees youre simply wrong. It's stupid to have such a dumb modifier constantly active on all MM on activities, obviously on purpose, and meant to annoy the player base I could only assume. what a pathetic modifier.
