When I started playing Warlock, it felt like [i]the[/i] Space Magic class, and over the years it feels like we get a few new fun abilities then shortly afterwards getting nerfed hard enough to stop using altogether. I don't really feel like we have very much uptime on many abilities any longer. I can play on my Hunter and toss Weighted Throwing knives all day long at red bar enemies without firing a shot, or rapid fire Thunderclaps near endlessly on my Titan, but having instant uptime on any Warlock ability is nearly unheard of. Sure you can build into it, but there are always cooldowns or some other tradeoff that needs to happen. I just want to be able to spam abilities, but even Transcendence took a hit to energy return. I would love to see a full return to Starfire Protocol without having to jump through hoops, or throw tons of Vortex grenades on Contraverse Holds, even back to back Chaos Reaches on Geomags with Coldheart.
