Desert Perpetual: Standard - Clanmate did not receive loot or completion credit.
Today/This attempt was most of my party's first completion of the new raid.
Out of everyone, one member did not receive any loot from the chest nor triumph completions.

We had some visual bugs through out our encounters but nothing else that really stood out.
Please see to it he gets his rewards.
