Many players have helpfully chimed in with the correct info already, but please note the situation is as follows: Due to our mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances. This includes when players' accounts are compromised. If your account has been compromised, as appears to be the case for you, we are unable to assist you, and you will need to contact your platform's support. Account security is up to each player, and we encourage players to secure their game accounts by following our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048721292-Account-Security-Guide]Account Security Guide[/url] so that they don’t have a chance to be compromised in the first place. Additionally, Bungie is unable to see your private login information. Also, since March 25th's [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url], only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf, nor do we manually adjust players' Cross Save setups. To reiterate, as others have said, the correct course of action is to contact Epic for assistance in recovering your account. Bungie is unable to assist you in this matter.
