Hi Bungie team,
I’m having serious connection issues in Destiny 2, and I’ve tried every solution I could find but nothing has worked. I keep getting “Moderate NAT type” and tried to change it to open but nothing worked. It's causing problems like:
- Enemies don’t appear on my screen.
- They don’t shoot or react to me at all.
- My teammates still see and fight the enemies normally.
- I can sometimes deal damage but the enemies regen health and don't die.
- The issue often resolves if I restart the game, but it keeps coming back.
Here’s everything I’ve tried so far:
- Enabling UPnP on my router.
- Disabling UPnP and re-enabling it.
- Restarting router/modem multiple times.
- Replaced my router and Ethernet cable.
- Verified game files on steam.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Destiny 2
- Testing my connection on other games (no issues).
Despite all this, Destiny 2 still shows NAT as Moderate, and the game remains unplayable in many activities.
Please let me know if there’s something else I can do or if this is a known issue from your side. I’m happy to provide screenshots, settings, or logs if needed.
