Need help with account if possble
So lemme premise this by saying i played on pc had that cross save thing on and link from ps4 like well when it first released and a few weeks ago my pc went and rather then get a whole new pc i decided to get a ps5 then couldnt log in to the oridginal psn account cause google ig erases the email if its not accesed in 6 months so thats gone and because its been like 6 years i cant rememver squat about the account so i went to try and unlink my ps4 and maybe link my new ps5 account hoping id be able to idk get my progress vack and apparebtly thats not even a thing anymore ig so im hoping bungie can idk link my pc charecters/save data to my psn bungie account cause ive been playing on pc for upwards of at least 5 to 6 years aand everythings gone ice since restarted from scratch and my friend told me i sgould make this post but tbh i dont have much hope...

3 RepliesCross-Save allows you to play one set of save data on another platform. As of March 25th, you cannot unlink a gaming platform account. Unfortunately, if you want to play using your PC save data on the Playstation, you'll need to work with Sony to recover the account, then you'll need to use that account when playing on the Playstation to access your linked Cross-Save save data.
