To clarify Azrael's comment, you would want to look at the Alter of Relativity. If you haven't already, please try closing the game fully and relaunching it, then checking this area to see if you can find the rewards. If you still cannot find the rewards, we are currently tracking an issue with the mission "Commencement" which will track as completed regardless of whether it was done or not. To rule this out as the cause, can you try playing through this particular mission on Legendary again?
