In update 9.0.0.1 it was stated that: [quote]For all Guardians, the effects previously granted by 60 Recovery are applied by default[/quote]
Well, this isn't the case since the health regeneration in EoF is A LOT slower than pre-EoF. I did some tests in the firing range and then counted the frames between each healthbar event and here's the math (delay seconds are counted from the moment health reaches 1hp):
Health regen delay: 1.75s (same as 100 Recovery)
Shield regen delay: 6.3s (worse than 0 Recovery)
Health regen time: 3.25s (same as 30 Recovery)
Shield regen time: 3.3s (same as 30 Recovery)
Total regen time: 9.6s (worse than 0 Recovery)
There's a clear problem here cause I don't think that investing more than 100 points in Health is meant to be the solution to match previous decent Recovery levels, so anyone at Bungie please take a look at this, thank you.
