Tho I don't mind the text changing from "return to orbit" to "continue" at the end of an ops playlist (especially solo ops), it's annoying how there isn't an actual "return to orbit" option that pulls you out of the playlist, back to orbit.
Changing the text to continue, and making it so you can skip the mission end screen is a nice QoL update that lets me move trough faster, but not being able to go back to orbit seems to take more away than the nice to have "skip the timer to move on", give us an option to opt out without having to launch into a new mission first please...

It's funny, I actually like this glitch for solo specifically. I do agree it should have a separate prompt like 'continue' just aside 'return to orbit'.

This is all about psychology. Bungie just talked about how they hired physicists for EoF. If you think they haven't hired a psychologist to help them keep people playing longer, you're insane. The psychology here is, if it's harder/longer to quit the activity than to just keep going, you'll just keep going. Even if it's only one more run, that's one more run, per person, they can put on their engagement reports to Sony. Everything is being designed with hyper fixation on player engagement, rather than player fun.

1 million percent this. Such nonsense.

Typical Bunghole move that - they have a button that doesn't work as it's supposed to. Every other developer - fix the button so it works as intended Bungie - rename the button so you can now claim it works as intended Unemployment CANNOT come soon enough for these people.

I'm convinced the rebrand was to make a feature out of a bug... A feature no one wants.

They couldn't make a fix to it so they just changed what it said from "return to orbit" to "continue" It's the same kind of lazy BS tactics they've been deploying since they started Destiny. Just look at Oathkeepers. Used to say, and even said in trailers that it would reduce the draw time of bows along with indefinite hold time. When it was found that the reduction was so miniscule we asked that they fix it, they instead just removed the wording on the exotic about it reducing bow draw time saying they decided it wasn't gonna do that anymore with no other meaningful context as to why.
